A Picture of Asli & myself during Music of the Night (from the Phantom of the Opera)


West End, North Cyprus was performed at the EMU Cultural Center on Saturday, March 15th, 1997 at 21.00 -- after which the second show, scheduled for Friday, March 21st  was canceled due to a falling out between Asli and myself (seen above, performing "Music of the Night" from the Phantom of the Opera.)

HOWEVER ... things worked out and West End, North Cyprus came back as West End, North Cyprus II, with new people and new songs.

The cast for the new show grew to 9 people now and we added new songs from previously unfeatured musicals such as Sunset Boulevard (Greatest Star Of All, The Perfect Year) and Cats (Memory) as well as songs from previously featured musicals.

The show opened a whole month after the first one and was definately more refined musically. 		A Picture of me and Asli singing 'Summer Nights' from Grease: It grew colder, that's where it ends...
